Our family of 10 stayed in this house for our 50th Anniversary. It was super clean, plenty of towels, and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed. The furniture was very comfortable and in great condition. The location was great with just a very short walk across the street to the beautiful white sands of the gulf coast of Florida. The owner and his service agent in Clearwater were available anytime if we had a question before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was located perfectly: very close to the beach and out of the densely populated area. The house met ALL of our needs, for a family of nine. The house was ready on arrival and very clean and well-equipped. Especially loved the spa and that it was serviced a couple of times during our stay. Everyone in our group was thrilled with our home away from home.

We were a group of women who vacation together every year. this was the first time we stayed in the US. Usually we vacation in the Caribbean. What a great time. House was exceptionally well suited to us, very clean, well equipped and very close to the ocean. all we had to do was walk across the road and we were there. beautiful sunsets! close to lots and lots of activity, but surprisingly the house is in a nice quiet area. Caretaker was accommodating, friendly and pretty nice.This is a keeper

We stayed at Bill’s house for a week around Christmas. It’s just across the street from beach access at the northern end of Clearwater where the crowds clear out, making it a very nice location. Could walk up the beach to Caledesi state park for beachcombing or south into town (a mile or so) for restaurants, pier, activities.

The house itself was well equipped and suited our party of 12 with a bit of a squeeze for the kids. Hot tub was really nice as was the roof deck for reading in the sun. We recommend!

This beach house was perfect for our group of 10 adult family members. It was clean with 3 full bathrooms, 5 bedrooms with comfortable beds, closets, etc a well-supplied kitchen and lots of space to relax. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, shade tent, and ample beach towels were a real bonus that we were pleased to find at the house. The location is directly across the street from the beach with beach access point a few steps away. The beach is spectacular there – about a 20 minute beach walk to the Clearwater pier or you can go even further the other direction. It was lovely to be able to walk down to restaurants, the marina for boat trips, etc. The manager was friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any queries we had. I would definitely be happy to rent this house again.

My wife and I stayed at the beach house in Clearwater for six days earlier this month (August 2018). It was the perfect location for our children and grandchildren who joined us for the week. The proximity to the beach was a big plus for our family as we needed to bring the little ones back for afternoon naps and the outdoor shower made getting back and forth to the beach a breeze. Having a brand new jacuzzi and outdoor grill as well as an updated kitchen and living room were extras we weren’t expecting. We give this property a huge thumbs up!
