So…you may be wondering “how in the world can bread be low-carb?” The main ingredient in most bread is FLOUR, which is literally pure carbs!

As people are becoming more familiar with the keto diet, they are also experimenting like CRAZY! Nowadays, you can pretty much find a keto version of EVERY recipe! As far as keto bread goes, there are many different ways to make it, depending on the type, texture, and flavor.
